There's no need to build mdbook from scratch in a rust container. We can
just use an mdbook container directly.

I haven't filled out the secrets, so the publish stage failed. But I was able to mdbook build without issues.

Now I filled in the secrets and even though the pipeline still fails, it fails because nothing to commit, working tree clean.
